For the Handyman/Carpenter role, yes — real field experience. For the Apprenticeship, no experience at all. Reliability and willingness to learn are the requirements.
Experienced hires usually bring their own basic hand tools. Apprentices don't need anything to start — we'll tell you what to buy as you go, and what's worth the money.
