Depends on the role. Handyman/Carpenter, Project Manager, and Sales Estimator call for real field or construction knowledge. The Apprenticeship needs none at all — and the Office Manager role needs organization and people skills, not a trade background.
Experienced hires usually bring their own basic hand tools. Apprentices don't need anything to start — we'll tell you what to buy as you go, and what's worth the money.
